The hotel is in a convenient location close to the shopping streets and multicultural area of Antwerp. The rooms are below average with no safe or minibar, and a constantly clogged bathroom sink, but the lobby on the 3rd floor from 4 pm until 10 pm is clean. The service is helpful, with nice and helpful staff, though there were loud conversations among them and knocking on doors around 9 pm. The hotel is in need of revitalization as it faces excessive noise at night. The dining experience is like a below-standard old-age home when the hotel was called Tourist Hotel, but offers the best pizza. The facilities, however, are unremarkable.

The location was incredibly convenient being right across from the Antwerp Central station, but the room was disappointing with old furniture and cleanliness issues.
